Great experience for us. We got lucky and reserved a on Christmas eve. They even came to our hotel to pick us up on such short notice. Needless to say, I’ll be booking with them when I return to the Cayman islands.
Our group reserved two jeeps for our trip. When we arrived they had only reserved one thinking we accidentally double booked. After proving we reserved two they provided a 4 door jeep upgrade due to not having another 2 door jeep.
I rented a suzuki swift for about 3 weeks and it was exceptional. The cars are clean and well maintained, staff is excellent and helpful, and they care about your safety. I would definitely recommend anyone to rent from Payless. They are the best!

The car you view online may not be the car you reserve. However all cars are clean and current.
Payless guarantees the reserved vehicle category. If the category is not available at the time of rental, a vehicle in a higher category may be substituted at the confirmed rate
You are responsible for paying all parking and traffic violations incurred while using the vehicle. If you incur a violation during the rental our agent will process and bill you for fines associated with the violations. In addition to any violation fees you will also be charged a service charge, payable to the third party, of $50.00 per violation. These items will be billed directly to the Credit or Debit Card you used for the rental transaction. Charges will appear as a separate line item on your credit card or bank statement.
